Scannow results "hash mismatch", KB3000850 tie, DISM tools say all OK, but one profile still bad

Hi,

I've ran the sfc/scannow twice... in between, running the dism cmd's scanhealth & restorehealth, as described in support articles I found. The 2nd sfc/scan showed the exact same 'hash mismatches' that could not be repaired. I don't know what to do to fix the bad sfc results. The primary problem we're having is one of the 3 profiles we are running simply isn't "fully" recognized by Windows 8.1 and, slowly but surely, the profile is losing more & more functionality (now*, as of yesterday, she can't even open IE anymore). I tried sys/restore to an earlier time also but No Help. What follows are the 'bad lines' in the sfc scan:

Any Help would be appreciated- all I can Think of right now is to delete/Start Over the profile, as it has Never worked right (and hers was the 1st one made at the end of April last Year...?) the other 2 Can open, run File Manager/backup, but hers Can't- 1 Admin,  hers-Not, 3rd-Not.  *Also, KB3000850 mentioned in results- checked, it and 2nd KB after it Have been dnld'd (kb referenced as a dnld to fix(?) possible "false indications of kb3000850 download"). Should I uninstall/RE-install kb3000850..?

Hi despjohn,

In a Windows 8.1 machine , we also can try to run "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" to have system file health check .Please run this command firstly and then run "sfc /scannow" to have a check .

"Should I uninstall/RE-install kb3000850..?"
We can have a try considering this issue is related to this KB .

"as it has Never worked right (and hers was the 1st one made at the end of April last Year...?) the other 2 Can open, run File Manager/backup, but hers Can't- 1 Admin,  hers-Not, 3rd-Not."
What do you mean by saying this ,the user profile has corrupted ?
If that is the issue ,we can refer to the following link to fix the corrupted user profile. It shold also be applied to Windows 8.1 machine .
